We will handle all promotional content with care and respect. We will not share your full name or identifying personal details in any promotional content without your explicit consent.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional media usage at any time by emailing support@capturedbyfriends.ca with the subject line "Media Opt-Out — [Your Name]." Upon receipt we will remove any existing promotional content featuring your footage within a reasonable timeframe and will not use your footage in future promotional materials.
